Day 1: Old Town & German Heritage
Zhanqiao Pier
Iconic pier, views of the Old Town skyline. Free, 1 hour.
St. Michael's Cathedral
Neo-Romanesque twin spires. Entry ¥10.
Tip: Busy during Sunday mass.
Lunch at Pichai Yuan
Grilled squid, Qingdao potstickers. Budget ¥30-50.
Badaguan Scenic Area
German villas, tree-lined streets. Free, 2 hours.
Huiquan Bay sunset
Walk to the beach for golden hour. Free.
Dinner on Yunxiao Road
Seafood street with dozens of restaurants.
Day 2: Beer Culture & Modern Qingdao
Tsingtao Beer Museum
The main event. Original 1903 brewery. ¥60-80, 2 hours.
Dengzhou Lu Beer Street
Outdoor lunch with fresh draft Tsingtao.
May Fourth Square
Modern city center, red sculpture, seaside promenade. Free.
Olympic Sailing Center
2008 Olympic marina. 10-min walk east.
Tip: Boat rides available for ¥50-100.
Golden Beach (Huangdao)
Cross-bay ferry to the best sand beach. Ferry ¥30.

Pick-your-own seafood restaurants.
Day 3: Laoshan & Scenic Views
Laoshan Mountain
Take bus 304 or Didi (40 min from city). ¥130 entry. Hike the Taiqing scenic route. 4-5 hours.
Tip: Start early, the mountain gets crowded by 10am.
Lunch at a mountain tea house
Laoshan green tea and simple noodles with mountain views.
Old Stone Man Beach
On the way back from Laoshan. Quiet beach with a famous rock formation.
Qingdao TV Tower
Optional: panoramic city views from the observation deck. ¥50.
Farewell dinner at Chunhelou
Classic Shandong cuisine. Try the sweet and sour carp and jiaozi dumplings.
